The hook at which the title tag is output is
genesis_title. This fires after
genesis_doctype, but before
genesis_do_title, which outputs the title, is hooked to
genesis_title at the default priority, which is 10. This means that to add code before the title tag, you should specify an earlier priority, and to add code after the title tag, you should specify an equal or later priority.

Genesis Simple Hooks

genesis_title in the Document Hooks section.
The code that you hook to
genesis_title will output outside of the
<title> tags, not between them. To add to the content of the title tag, you can use the WordPress native filter
The title tag is only output at the hook
genesis_title if your child theme does not declare support for WordPress to take care of the title tag.
